1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the bajigame platform available at bajigame.im (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with bajigame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the bajigame platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of bajigame, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the Platform without an account, and any third parties who access the Platform on behalf of a registered user.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bajigame platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering a bajigame account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bajigame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder cannot satisfactorily verify that they meet this age requirement.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one bajigame account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bajigame uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajigame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances held within them.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the bajigame account registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. bajigame is not responsible for any service disruptions, failed transactions, or account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Access to bajigame may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bajigame platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your location. bajigame makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access bajigame from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajigame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. bajigame will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your bajigame login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bajigame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your bajigame account. bajigame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activities conducted through your bajigame account — whether authorised by you or not — remain your responsibility until you notify bajigame support and appropriate account security measures are taken.

Where SMS OTP two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, this provides an additional layer of security. bajigame strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication and use a strong, unique password for their bajigame account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimums

bajigame accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed within the bajigame account dashboard at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. bajigame does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits received from payment accounts that do not match the name on your bajigame account will be subject to investigation and may be returned, with associated transaction costs deducted.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests on bajigame are processed in the order in which they are received. bajigame aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

bajigame reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

4.3 Currency

bajigame accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in PKR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply to deposits made in other currencies, and the exchange rate used will be the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bajigame offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out in the applicable promotion page at the time of opt-in.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your bajigame account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the bajigame platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100% of wager value. Table games including live dealer baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, towards bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game category are set out in the promotion-specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajigame operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as placing offsetting bets on red and black in roulette) to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; and sharing or transferring bonus credits between accounts.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bajigame platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. bajigame's cricket betting section, slot games, live casino tables, and other gaming products each operate under their own individual rule sets, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific game or betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bajigame reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed the maximum stake limits for the relevant market, bets placed after an event has commenced (where pre-match markets are concerned), and bets placed on events or outcomes that bajigame suspects may be the subject of irregular activity.

6.2 Errors & Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game round on bajigame, the affected bet or game round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account. bajigame is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond its direct control. If a game displays an incorrect payout figure due to a technical error, bajigame reserves the right to pay the correct theoretical payout rather than the erroneously displayed amount.

6.3 Cancellations & Voids

bajigame reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 72 hours; incomplete sporting events where an official result is not declared; pricing errors where odds were materially incorrect at the time of bet placement; and confirmed instances of match-fixing or irregular sporting activity. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's bajigame account wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajigame platform. Users found to be engaging in any of the following will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, with any winnings or balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to place bets or interact with bajigame without direct human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino poker or other player-versus-player formats;
• Money laundering or using bajigame as a vehicle for the movement of proceeds of crime;
• Providing false identity information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Accessing bajigame from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where bajigame has taken active steps to block such access;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bajigame platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure;
• Any action that bajigame, in its reasonable judgment, determines to constitute an unfair advantage over other users or over bajigame itself.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajigame platform — including but not limited to the bajigame brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the property of bajigame or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajigame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any bajigame content without express prior written permission from bajigame.

Game content provided on bajigame by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, and others remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to bajigame for display on the Platform. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to users of bajigame.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bajigame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the user; or receipt of a legal order requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, bajigame reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, bajigame may forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the user, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

Users may close their bajigame account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not entitle users to the withdrawal of any unmet bonus wagering requirements. All pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajigame's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bajigame account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajigame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or business interruption — even if bajigame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bajigame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bajigame makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for purpose of any information displayed on the Platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bajigame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a bajigame user — bajigame will provide reasonable notice of the changes by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Amendments to these Terms will take effect on the date stated in the amended Terms or, where no date is stated, immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the bajigame platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using bajigame and close your account before the amendments take effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bajigame holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bajigame, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bajigame customer support. bajigame will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint from the user. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international gaming regulatory body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights or interests pending arbitration.
